If you have an idea in mind for your own bespoke product or would like some help/advice in coming up with a design, you can use the contact information to get in touch. Silly questions do not exist and I am always happy to assist.

Current Fulfilment Time Excluding Canvas & Footwear is currently: 4 Weeks.

This is dependent on several things such as stock availability and complication of design requirements. All clients are served on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis and are in a queue as from when their order was placed and payment was made.

If you are purchasing something already available in the store, then simply follow the instructions to place your order and you can make a payment through our secure Credit/Debit Card payment system. We also accept PayPal.

If you require a custom order, you will be informed on how you can make payment and when to do so. This is normally required before the work is started.

Yes. It is advisable that when you place your order, you arrange for your own item (jacket, handbag etc) to be shipped to us for personalisation. This means that you know you already like the base product.

I can personalise new items purchased from online stores – you can purchase them and have it shipped to me, or I can purchase it and add the price and the shipping costs onto my invoice.

Yes. All designs are made to last and painted with extreme care. Each design is coated in a special sealant to ensure longevity of the design.

The designs are splash proof and can be wiped down with a damp cloth to clean and the design will NOT run in the rain. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to get in touch.
